Pasta alla Boscaiola

The forest man's pasta. This is a juicy mix of mushrooms, tomatoes, black olives and pancetta draped over pasta (usually penne, but you can use any pasta you like).


Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes
  • Porcini mushrooms
  • Pitted kalamata olives
  • Pancetta
  • Extra virgin olive oil 
  • Penne (or pasta of your choice)
