Our story


The OVENILLA Story

  

OVENILLA was born from the craft of baking itself.


We bake artisan bread and rich-dough cookies using time-honored methods—slow fermentation, carefully developed doughs, and a deep respect for flavor and texture. Every bake is guided by experience, patience, and intention. 


From that daily baking came a need for better tools. So we built them. 


The Micro Pro + was designed and engineered in New York to deliver true deck-oven performance in a compact, accessible form—built to handle artisan bread, enriched doughs, and cookies with consistency and control. 

  

OVENILLA is where craft and engineering meet—from fresh bread and cookies to the ovens that make them possible.
